The Customer warrants that it has the legal right to disclose all Personal Data that it does in fact disclose to Britenest Ltd under the Agreement, and that the processing of that Personal Data by Britenest Ltd for the purposes of and in accordance with the terms of the Agreement will not breach any applicable laws (including the Data Protection Act 1998).

Britenest Ltd may collect and store the information which is submitted to us via the contact forms on the site – such as your name, address, email address, phone number. In order to apply to become a Customer, the applicant must complete and submit an online contact form.

Any contact details supplied by the Customer to Britenest Ltd; and whether supplied in writing, orally or otherwise by the Customer to Britenest Ltd is marked as confidential.

All emails that you receive from Britenest Ltd will include the following information;

We will use the information you give us to provide you with information about Britenest’s services (including passing your details to your local Britenest branch) and to send you newsletters, promotions and updates about changes to our service;
